fyi this ver. is running 1ghz not 1.2 like the last ver. by default at least for me.

found this desk-clock doesn't have the strange characters but the music doesn't do anything when clicked on but if it helps you fix it.

could you leave the radio and tv-out in when de-sensitize ?

Or provide the rom with stock (latest) kernel and let people put what works good for them in on there own... and maybe give them a list based on user experiences.

been running heylou's #8 without any problems try that kernel..... works well with this rom great battery life.

extract this to sdcard then overwrite the file in /system/etc using root explorer and it should take care of the browsing issues.

I would bet its the aggressive ad-blocking host file.

I downloaded http://www.mediafire.com/?la8941pup6mampa I just pulled the hulu.apk out of it copied to phone and installed it. Then used this to patch "the current flash" http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=454746&d=1291324171 just copy and overwrite the one in system/lib...

Is anyone else getting a long delay when trying to use the hulu widget and if so it has something to do with the host file i replaced with an other add blocking host file from a diff. rom and all is well. just......... fyi Great ROM...... & Thank you........

can't really say which method work for me because i did it from rom manager and from recovery. Sorta like chicken soup.................. (not sure it can help but shouldn't hurt)

how did you fix permissions were you in the rom doing with a script, or rom manager, or in recovery at least clockwork has the option.

has anyone tried a fix permissions script before the looping begins i have seen this with a miui build i had a while back fix it by correcting permissions across the whole rom just something to try before the looping begins. (i ran the 1st ver. until i noticed no tv-out) haven't bothered since...

Not to take away from anything you have done with this Rom. But I think and this just my 2cents, Giving the same kind of treatment to the latest stock rom would have a bigger effect for the community if every Dev could start with such an efficient ROM............and understand how to keep it...

If you read the post which this ROM is based from they have to use a patch to get bt working or at least there is one listed in the Top thread.

poweramp lets you play music off you internal storage fyi. was just testing bluetooth.....
