"Power Menu" application does not work. Now as my volume-down button is damaged, I'm looking for an alternative application that can replace the power button menu to include a "Screenshot" option. Any suggestions?

Dear XDA's.. I just bought my nexus today and I wanted to tear it down a bit, apparently it was the biggest mistake I ever done. One metal got displaced (removed) from the motherboard (image is in attachment) .. So i thought it was the image stabilizer since its near it, but its working fine...
