My phone busted so my sis gave me my old phone back that she ****ed up by doing the OTA update. Anyway, I am stuck in a boot loop with just TRWP installed. Factory reset doesnt work and I cannot get into fast boot, although adb works. I have no idea what rom I was using. Am I completely ****ed?

Answered my questions, TWRP does not wipe /sdcard and backups are in /sdcard/twrp/backup
