Hi all. I considering buying a used one since I love this form factor (coming from Z5 compact, but battery is weak now). Is LOS17.1 good as daily driver? Is the camera working? Can it be used unrooted (to avoid problems with banking apps)? Thanks for any feed-back!

VoLte not working Hi, I do net get VoLTE working. I phoned the provider (swisscom), everything should be enabled from their side. Any idea how to troubleshoot this?

Hi casouzaj: So saving TA partition is too late now. Do I understand correctly that the DRM in the TA partition would help be to hide rooting better? I am sure not planning to go back to stock. Rather hoping for newer LOS versions ;)

Installation from unrooted stock Installed the build last weekend and very happy about it :o Works great and is smoother than my stock which was a bit screwed up by now. I had to gather the info from some places, so that's how I did it from unrooted stock, maybe helpful for somebody else ...

Worked like a charm! Transfered twrp via odin (heimdal did not work). I did factory reset (?) via twrp, a lot of data remained in internal storage. Flashed cm-12.1-20171223-UNOFFICIAL-s3ve3g.zip, directly followed by gapps nano reset ..... restored apps via google account .... added additional...

Ok, I will give it a try on the weekend. Some work - not rooted yet ...
