not sure why my display is taking up so much batt. its like in the 40% range. My display is almost always off and i barely use my phone for anything but text and then turn off the screen. Most i got was 20 hours on 25%. I want better results

dude thats crazy..you must be set on the lowest mhz and vsel. I got 44 hours on 10%. Good enough but I would love to have your battery life =D

nope im on 2G with custom battery saver, my data turns off if phone is idle after 15 mins

ABC is right..the problem is you might just get a blank screen but it gets detected by RSD. This happened to me before and thought I bricked my Defy, which almost made me shat bricks! But since you sent it in already..hopefully they fixed it if not, you can do it yourself.

well I reinstalled pays rom first and everything is working good. No more hang ups or freezes but I still can't get the battery to last as long.My phone is mostly idled, running on 2G, just one widget, and everything in settings turned down to the least minimal settings..im talking about battery...
