Yeah, I think I'll stick with your bootloader and instructions. If I separately flash his regular bootloader later, will I keep root? Or does it not affect root in any way?

I'm still on 4.3. Should I use the regular bootloader, but otherwise follow the instructions in this thread, replacing the engineering with the regular bootloader? Or, should I follow all of the instructions in this thread, then, once complete, flash the regular bootloader? And if I do so...
