You cannot downgrade without unlocked bootloader. To get an unlock code look at DC Phoenix for example, but it's a paid service.

The CXXX stands for the region. For example C432 is Europe I believe.

Tested the #5 Tutorial - Downgrading Pie to Oreo -> it went smooth without any issues (for now). Used VTR-L29C432 on Pie with Oreo TWRP (Blackball's FF ROM version) to downgrade to version 384.

By the way... is it fine to install custom recovery and Magisk after successful installation of any of those ROMs? I'm specifically asking about the Resurrection Remix OS. I installed it on P10 VTR-L29C432.

Can confirm it works on VTR-L29 C432B360 and passes Safety Net. Installed without a problem.

Alright, last question - I have TWRP installed for 8.0. Will this affect the downgrade somehow? Because for example I can't install OTAs with TWRP. I'm sorry I'm kinda new to these kinds of stuff.
