Yes, if I put the volume up and put my ear right up against the speaker after pushing pause, I can hear it. I also have the international version and If you have 1gb RAM, you have the wolfson DAC afaik.

Are you guys hearing the hiss with stock Samsung earbuds that are supplied? I was also experiencing the hissing problem where I'd hear it last a few seconds after I pressed pause on a song (regardless of app) and also at playback at low volume. That was using my own cheap skullcandy earbuds...

Are you on the latest XXLG8 update? I just updated it and it seemed to have improved the lag quite a bit. I also cleared the phone data in the application manager. Still a bit present but usually more so only on the first run..it seems much more bearable now.

Rftsilva, I think you misread the post.. those images were from the original poster. Your advice is similar to what I gave the OP in my reply. ;) I believe what happened is that the OP had 'anti-shake' turned on. That increases the iso and shortens the shutter speed to prevent blurry images...

Like I said, Auto doesn't mean anything.. people need to specify the same setting to compare photos. The metering from the camera can easily be thrown off with a bright light or dark area causing the camera to select different ISO/shutter speeds even at the same location. Different camera...

Yea, when I used CM9 there wasn't any lag.. only TW based roms as Omega rom seemed to exhibit it too for me.

Try manually selecting a lower iso.. that will reduce the noise, but results in a darker shot or longer shutter speed. You can't just post a picture without specifying the iso and shutter speed to tell if the camera is taking worse pictures.. especially since every environment is different.

I've also have an issue with accessing the dialer.. Dialer takes 1-2 seconds to launch and then when switching from dialpad to contacts, there's also another slight 1 second lag. It has occured on both my stock TW rom and my current - Wanamlite+Siya kernal. Have rebooted and cleared memory...

I also have this case and agree it's great.. especially for the price. The fitment is good and makes gripping the phone much more secure. For those in the US, it's only $6 shipped...

Thanks! Updated to a new ROM and found that it wasn't working again. Followed your suggestions and it didn't work at first, but after trying it a couple times, it started working again.
