Always full wipe when the ROM base changes as it did 6.2 to 7.0.

This is what I did... Download the NB1 kit from here. Boot safestrap, and flash ShoStock 6.2, After flash completes back out to main menu (do not reboot system), select reboot > download mode. You will need to Odin the NB1 Odin files from the NB1 kit you downloaded. You can use the directions...

Battery Life Just unbelievable!

Finally back Just flashed this excellent ROM on my new S4. It took a while to navigate all of the hurdles to get running. A lot has changed between the S2 and S4. What a smooth work of art this ROM is. :highfive:

What am I missing? I successfully flashed the rooted firmware. I can see that it is rooted using adb root command. I cannot for the life of me to get superuser to work. I pushed the su file to sbin and installed the apk. What am I missing???

Did you reboot your computer? I had that problem as well and rebooted, then it worked correctly.

What I said wasn't meant as a dig. I was saying that the boot animation was hitting on all cylinders... as in a car motor. :cool:

I've been using FBM for Facebook. Works pretty well and no battery drain.

I was a Lead Equipment Tech at Motorola in Phoenix back when they made Semiconductors. I worked in Photolithography. Moved on to Canon Semiconductor. Something about yellow light... Left there 10 years ago. Now I'm an unemployed Field Service Tech living in South Georgia. :crying:

Have you tried Mobile Odin. You install it on your phone. I believe it has the capability to flash zipped files as well as tar files.
