That means you aren't sim unlocked. Call the carrier to see if they'll do it for free. If not, try a 3rd party service.

Have you tried a 3rd party unlocking service through Google or ebay? I think XDA maintained a list at one point...no idea if they still do.

It's really not a big deal to set SElinux to permissive, apply theme, set SeLinux to enforced. Not ideal, but it's only a few commands.. . or taps if you download SeLinuxModeChanger for the GUI.

I did a clean install and flashed the new vendor image. Everything seems great except that my volume buttons are nonfunctional. Anyone else getting this or shoukdni try to re-clean flash?

Any time I call or receive a call the phone soft reboots. SMS/Wifi both function. It does this on CM13 OctOs. I believe I am on the newest modem from this thread. CWM is Philz Touch version of CWM 6.0.5.0 . Test call with #832 is successful. Any ideas?
