installing the latest nightly version and i am stuck at the boot up logo. First time trying to install CM12

Updated my Phone to the latest update ( stock rooted 5.0 ) and now im a but confused on how to install a ROM... Wondering how can I can install the CM12 rom. Thanks.

Just installed thos on hyperdrive.. how can I get my dialer to have the black backround instead of white?

Okay ill send it in.. wish I could just do it in store since I wont have a phone for the next week :/ so just restorr the phone and thats it?

So my button keeps sticking. I can't fix it I fail... Anyways my phone has a couple scratches on the side because I dropped it once. The screenis clean woth no scratches at all since it had a screen protector the whole time.. do you you think samsung will cover it under warranty?
