Ok, thanks for the help. So I tried 3x times your instructions (+ the ones from original post) and my conclusion is whatever you do, it WON'T WORK with the "stock" version of OpenGapps. It works fine with the "nano" and the "full" (same as stock but don't remove the AOSP default apps). So...

And if we have Gapps crashes / issues with fresh installs (Not OTA related)... ? What can we do ? The current Instructions don't work neither deleting "runtime-permissions.xml" neither alternative methods given by members. Gapps always fails...

GAPPS persistent problem ! Tried to update my Android version with hope to fix the wifi with the last update, and here we are again, with the "Google Play services has stopped" issue. Nothing works this time. Tried dozen of times to alternate the steps.... Deleting runtime-permissions.xml...

Thank you so much dknk99 ! Already tried first link as I did couple weeks ago but it worked back then with older versions of the aosp/Gapps, now it didn't work. But manually deleting the runtime-permissions.xml did the job ! (I did it via TWRP via the File Manager ).

Gapps issues, need new fresh instructions on OP for installing Google apps. Nothing works like it should with the current instructions. After an issue with a system update (loop boot), I had to start from scratch. I tried pretty much everything with the last aosp, rom install fine but whatever...

And what about Bluetooth, Wifi and others tweaks ?

lol, they have everything working (stable) for their Legend. They are lucky ! Can't we take some fixes (Bluetooth, Wifi and so on...) from their build or from CM9 ?
