What settings does everyone run for CPU Governor, I/O Scheduler and Memory management?

Question I searched high and low before asking this questions and I have no idea why after installing this rom I have run into these issues. -Cannot boot into recovery -Cannot connect to verizon network, saying network is unavailable. Can someone point me in the right direction please? Thanks

Hey i figured it out, so I flashed v20b over v20d and I waitied about 45 mins with wifi on and still cant get this to unlock. I have also rooted my phone before this and tried flashing v20b again and still nothing happen. Is it too late for me to get this unlocked?
