No you don't. You can use whatever firmware you want. I'm on Motorola stock Nougat and running TWRP-r20 and Magisk 18.1.- brennancb

Rebooting didn't help. Seems to be this f2fs issue mentioned. I guess I could try from TWRP instead of Magisk Manager. -

Can I use the same exact process that revengineer posted towards the top of page 4 for this version of firmware? Yours is a newer release but I'm assuming the process should be the same, correct? If not what should I do differently? Also, is this official Motorola firmware? I have the xt1806...- brennancb
