Post Gear Live Charging cradle broke watch

My charging dock broke a few days ago. I spoke to Samsung and they forwarded me to Intercity-UK (who manage their repairs and replacement parts). I could have sent it in for warranty replacement, but I'd have had to be without my watch for around a week. Instead I was able to buy a new one from...

    Post Car Mount Suggestions

It's been a long time since I posted here. Just came to look for stuff for my soon to arrive Moto X (2014) and spotted this thread. I currently use this mounting system with my current Moto X (2013) and have done with previous phones: http://www.tetrax.com/xway/ They've very strong magnets...

Post [Q] While in Europe: Moto X won't reconnect to cell data, post-WiFi use

Just to chime in, I've also seen this issue on mine, but it only happens with certain WiFi access points. After using the Cisco ones at work the problem occurs, but my Asus N66U doesn't seem to upset it.

    Thread [Q] Charging Issues

I've been having issues with my new Xperia Z not charging at all from any charger whilst it is under any kind of load. This includes browsing the web with Chrome, or more importantly, using GPS and Google Maps. I've tried many chargers, both car and wall ones, official and 3rd party, which work...

    Post [APP][2.1+] Floating Music Controls

Is there any chance you could add an option to show and hide buttons, and have them larger when certain ones are hidden. Possibly have a layout more like the attached. The options menu could be moved to a notification with no icon, which, when tapped could open the options in a menu. This would...

    Post [Q] Possible Touchscreen/Multi-Touch issue?

I've posted a comment on it for you. I've noticed that all touches are recognised correctly when they actually hit the screen, then about a second later (feels like the same delay each time) they all vanish. This behaviour can be seen in games, a multi-touch visualiser or with the on screen...

Post [GT-I9300] CyanogenMod 10 Discussion Thread

Have a look in /etc/sound/ for a file called "m0". In there, find this line: <device name="headphone"> in this section, look for this line: <ctl name="Headphone Volume" val="XX" /> Increase the XX value to something around 60 (no higher than 63 if I recall) and it'll make your headphone...

Problem is, I use flash far more often than I use touch to focus. I'm happy disabling it completely if I can have fully working flash.

Post [GT-I9300] CyanogenMod 10 Discussion Thread

I've just come back to CM10 from the Samsung 4.1.1 leaks. Boy was that alot of ballache. Had to go all the way back to the old ALF1 4.0.4 rom to get the WiFi and NFC , then use the noob proof edition to get CM10, but everything is working again now! I'm glad I took a break from CM10, and I...

That's just the information I required, thanks muchly! Shame I'm gonna have to wait till I get home from work to flash it, don't think I've got the stuff to do it installed on the work machines.

Post [GT-I9300] CyanogenMod 10 Discussion Thread

I'm sure this must have been asked before, but I can't seem to find out where: Before I go back to CM10 from the latest leaked Samsung JB rom using the "Noob-proof edition" download on the first page, do I first have to go back to an official Samsung ICS rom to ensure wifi/nfc will work, or...

Post Orange Quick Tap Wallet app and Barclaycard NFC

I'm really interested to see if we can use this on other networks. I think it's silly that the technology is there for all to enjoy, but some company has decided better... Do you know if it allows you to use any cards, or is it just barclaycards?

I don't use any kind of lock screen, I just find it slows me down when I want to do something quickly. That's most likely why you won't be seeing the problem though, the lock screen prevents you from going home until you've unlocked.

Post [GT-I9300] CyanogenMod 10 Discussion Thread

I tried to ask this in the #teamhacksung-support IRC channel earlier on, but never got a response, so I'm asking here: I've noticed that when my device is in standby, pressing the home button will wake the screen, and then go to the launcher. On some of the older CM10 versions (only a week ago)...

Post [GT-I9300] CyanogenMod 10 Discussion Thread

Latitude I wish I could keep using latitude, but the wake locks prevent the system from going to sleep for any length of time. Just look at the mess it causes! I'm sure it's not done this on other phones I've had before, and it only seems to do this on WiFi.
