Clearing Cache not working properly I'm on TWRP 3.2.3-0. I wiped dalvik, cache and when I reboot the open programs prior to the reboot still show in my window list. Shouldn't clear of the two caches, clear this as well?

I have been having intermittent boot loop issues since February on my t813. Just did another clean install and used mind the gaps, su , lineage 16 and twrp. It boot looped after the install of the daily lineage. From trwp, I installed again, cleared both caches and everything is working again...

Can you add the mind the gaps install after you do an update as a dirty install from twrp? I believe my random reboot issues maybe related to the gaps install instead of using of using the recommended mind the gaps for the Google apps.
