why i cant download v 3.0 ? anybody can confirm link working or not? mega can download but romhut cannot.

is it normal the dialer screen get small..and the end call button not full..it is because the button on screen?if yes,can i remove the onscreen button?how?because i use LWW and my screen smaller than ARC..
