    Yes, Wipe All in recovery mode. When you try to flash it and get the error i would get an error booting into recovery so i flashed a custom recovery, wiped all user data and tried again with the flashing worked fine. It was probably because i was rooted and had a custom recovery.

    Go into Recovery and do a wipe cache again and wait for it to finish, it could last like 5~30mins so i recommend connecting the charger just in case then you'll be fine.     You might already have an answer but this happened to me a few months back and all i did was to do the cache wipe again and leave it connected to the charger for it to take it's time when it finally finished i was good to go again.

    Try turning USB Debugging on Dev Options. It might help.

    Same happened to me and i found my fix on an app called Wifi Jumper. It might help you. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.goramart.wifijumper&hl=en Doesn't matter the SSID, it will just scan for a better signal every interval you set it to in the settings.
