    Post Rom [5.1.1] CM12.1 For Samsung Galaxy S2 SHV-E120L

    After everything is loaded into phone and it reboots, I get a blue alien-like head with pulsing circle. The phone just stops there (circle is pulsing, but It does not get any further than that). Any suggestions?
