This is the same problem I have with most fora. You have 2 types of users. 1 :the profs who know the system and the fora inside out and who find that the "other' users just should study the forum. 2: the occasional users who just want an answer to they're question and are having a headache...

I had exactly the same problem . When i plugged out the ODBII controller and removed my caroo software the problem was solved.
