When i go about phone and then Update center it gets me to the app updater insantly i cant choose

Help! Can anybody tell me where to go in Nougat to see if I can get a manual update of the software because all I can see is App updates?

so i tried to check the software update to see if i received the oreo update or no but whenever i click : About phone → Update center - it takes me to App Updates i cant choose to check the software update or the app updates pls help :crying::crying: i just did a factory reset but its the same...
