    I'm also UK based. In relation to the earlier query about Bing Vision, in the Region Language settings the only setting you need to change to English (US) is browser and search language - Bing Vision works for me with UK items/codes with this setting. Smart DJ is also working so don't know...

    Yep seems to be region specific. From settings /region+language change "Browser & Search Language" to English(United States) and Bing Vision works. If set to English (United Kindom) it does not.
