Check if the micro usb port is dirty. You can't imagine how much dirt can get there, specially fibers from clothes. Normally I use a needle to clean it, maybe there is something more appropiate.

I'm not sure, I didn't wipe the phone, but the flash of the new rom didn't add any new unwanted app. Previously I had the saudi arabia.

Good news! Yesterday I jus tried to install the latest firmware available on sammobile (for G800F) - the one for nordic countries -.. and now the brightness control is working perfectly! Seems that this 'not' problem was fixed in latests releases :good:

It has something to do with the google apps package. In my case, AOSP keyboard only works if I install any gapps package from http://www.androidrootz.com/2015/03/download-android-51x-lollipop-pa-gapps.html. (Nano package works great).

I updated from previous nightly and didn't wipe at first, but I had some problems with google applications, so I wiped data and cache and the problem persisted but... This weekend I tested the alarm many times and now works ok. Let's see what happens tomorrow, when I really need it :)

Just a small new bug with the last version: When I stop/snooze the alarm, the unlock button dissapears, and I can't unlock the phone, only option is to reboot the phone (power button works). Anyone else experiencing this?

My experience: If GPS takes longer than 1 minute to get fixed I usually reboot the phone. This normally fixes it thought sometimes I have to reboot one more time. Normally my gps fixes un 30 sec or doesn't fix at all, and rebooting is the only solution. It happens with both CM and stock rom...

Just for the record, note that AVI is not a video format but a video container. An AVI video can be encoded in MPEG4, WMV and so on, so even all the players claims they can play AVI videos, that doesn't meant they can play all the formats found in AVI files. FYI...
