    Post [Standard/Minimal GApps][Closed]

I've been trying to get Gapps 4.4 to work on the LG Optimus G (E 971) using Omni ROM. The issue I keep running into is that Google Account Manager stops working right at the point when I enter my email and password, which means I can never get past that point and have to restore. I tried every...

    Post [KERNEL] SG-NS-ICS - 29-02-2012 - 11UV|Voodoo|BIGMEM|BLN|BLD|BLX|TW|3.0.22

This kernel (and some others) cause dropped calls for me :( Random 'beep' and the call ends. Not under volting. Aside from that, this was my favorite kernel to use. Hoping this gets fixed in the future.

Post [Q] [9020T] 3hrs of battery life, any ideas?

All of the above and also try undervolting, which saves energy for longer battery life. UV made the biggest difference in this department on my Nexus S.

Post [Q] What is the best Kernel for Nexus S?

Check out the kernels in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1283031 The nice thing about it is the availability of the 1320MHz frequency (if needed), yet you can run an undervolted setting most of the time and enjoy great battery life. Most other kernels seem to be...

Post SNS Short Battery Life, compared to other devices

I found that the most noticeable improvement in battery life came from undervolting. Forget deep-idle and run something like 200 MHz - 1000 MHz or similar speeds (lazy CPU governor) and undervolt each speed by 25 or 50 mV (test to check stability). This should improve things quite a bit, it...

This could be caused by incorrect APN (Access Point Names) setting. Happened to me in the past. These can be configured via Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names. Google APN Settings for (Your Service Provider) and check to see if you have the right setup.

Post What's the best rom for nexus s?

I use and recommend Oxygen 2.3.2 with latest SG-11UV kernel. Stable, great battery life (with 200-1100 lazy) and 4600+ Quadrant score fast @ the available 1320MHz Sent from my overclocked Calculator

Post [APP] NSTools v1.16 for managing various Ezekeel's MOD and tweaks

This is a great app. I've been experimenting with liveoc and had a gut feeling that there must be a way to change other voltages besides CPU. This app gives easy access to all the needed parameters. Thank you!
