I can't help with that but are you running this rom and getting slow startup speeds? Mine boots in around 20 seconds and thats including a few apps I have auto start.

Do you just need to "reconnect" the device or do you need to "pair" it again? No idea about your other questions, some of them I don't understand (sorry). You can also try the rom by booroondook which is the one I am using. Working very well for me...

Honestly I haven't used the default music player once. I use Spotify 90%, XM Radio App 10%. but you can install many other music applications and set them to default via ExposedMTC (which is pre-loaded on this rom).

To be fair I haven't use Malaysk's rom but looking at the screen shots I prefer this one. UI is left alone with all the extra options you could ask for. I can grab a video of the unit if anyone wants to see it running.
