All these settings do is change the ISO etc etc. Nothing that you cannot replicate for yourself using the camera's Pro mode.

You do realise that you can already back everything up? As to the transferring from one device to another there are solutions such as Phone Clone. As to the rest it just sounds like tin foil hat paranoia.

EMUI 10 launcher is basic at best. It's pop up menus are to big. A third party launcher such as Nova is whatever style you want it to be.
