To flash the latest updates for this rom... currently "AospExtended-v5.4-s2-20180422-1657-OFFICIAL.zip" Do I just use TWRP follow this note from imAdiMaurya and install zip then do I need to reflash gapps? "Just wipe delvic cache/ cache and system and then install rom with updated gaaps"

Ya you're right about going with lower / middle of the bands. I noticed this with 2.4ghz band too, I had it set to auto in my router settings and it picked 11, but AFTV didn't like anything 10 or over, so just changed band in router settings manual @1 or 6 and no issues.
