I've run into a bit of an issue.. I can't seem to restore from a backup. Every time I try to do so, I just see an empty menu in the restore option. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The issue isn't only for people who have rooted. Those who tried the leaked kitkat upgrade and decided to downgrade, myself included, can't update because it continues to fail.

Agreed, I can't wait for a stable build!

I personally use a damp paper towel or napkin, and found that it works the best. Don't try to dry it with a paper towel, it'll just make it more dusty!

Here's the email I got, for those wondering

I ordered mine at 1:15 EST, and was stuck in limbo #3 until I got the shipping email on saturday. My shipping code didn't work until today, and it just left the Louisville facility about an hour ago. Hang in there guys, you'll all get your shipments soon.

That doesn't work either

I just sent them an e-mail. I don't have time to deal with the phones this morning.

When I try the shipping code I got two days ago, this is what I get. I know, I'm lucky to have a tracking code, but what's the point of having one if it doesn't work?

My UPS tracking code I got yesterday still isn't working. I might have found a new level of limbo guys........

Mine's already shipped. I can't track it yet though
