That's right, I've tried so many times to install the update, with internal SSD, external hard drive, USB stick, but always there was an error message, today just everything in the same folder (Hstool) and it worked. I am so Happy!

so for me doesn´t work, Hisuite stops again with decompressen failed. Hstool go one step furtherand and tell all is fine i should wait to is finished flashing the Firmware. I am helpless.

Sorry, i do the Installation many times, but hiSuite stops after decompression "Failed to decompress the file" I have 50GB free space left. I don´t now what the problem is. i see at 95% HiSuit decompressen, HSTOOL will do somthing and than Hisuit stops "Failed to decompress the file" My device...

When i go to erecovery, the file from Huawei displays C636 but this is wrong. :confused:

Hello guy's, I made the dload method to geht back on my original cust C432, but that doesn't work, I am allwasy on C636. I send many email to FH but now answer at all. Can every one tell me, how I can go back to my original cust?

I have the same problem, mine was a 432 but after FH update it change to 636. How can change it back to 432.
