hi cgigate, my girlfriend has a sidekick, she is currently in Costa Rica studying and she plans to study there for 2 years so she wants to unlock her sidekick 3 to use it with a sim card from there cause thats what people from the phone company in there told her to do that, but all we found to possibly unlocking the phone was through ebay paying a lot of money to a total stranger and they say they are going to mail the unlocking code, but that sounds a bit.... not safe maybe... for me, is there other way to unlock the phone???
