Hi Robotov, no, if you backup your nv2 file beforehand (in LGMDP, Tools > Backup nv2) and then restore it after flashing, your IMEI will not change. If you fail to do that, the flashing will erase the IMEI and you won´t be able to use your phone - unless you manage to do some magic using some...

antenna I don´t know much about this, but I think that besides the chipset, the device needs a gps antenna to work - and I highly doubt there would be a spare one in the ks20...
