From 100%(full charge), the battery drops sharply to 90%-92% levels in 20 mins or so even when I leave the phone to idle. This happens quite often. Data(off) and wi-fi(off). Even set to 2G n/w only. Is my battery badly calibrated? Or someone else also facing similar issues? I am on v5 u18 entrophy.

Can i install v5_u18_entrophy over v5_u16 or should i install u18 first and then the u18_entrophy?

Thanks. Will do that from now on. Also my phone crashes and re-boots when I turn on the wi-fi. This occurs once i a while and not every time. Is someone facing the same issue and is there a fix for the same. Using Aurora v5u16.

Thanks. Will try it out and report back. Does anyone has a solution for the data toggle? Its pretty irritating to reboot the phone once in a while to get the data working.

There is no option to do that i guess. Try using Go Contacts Ex from the play store. It has loads of options compared to the default people app.

I have tried using the wifix app. Still my wifi issues in v5u16 has not been resolved when I use it with connectify. Still havent had a chance to try it out with a proper router. Does anyone know how to fix the issue with connectify.

The stock Froyo ROM was too slow with choppy gaming (Nenamark 2 score was about 13.5) Upgraded to GB 2.3.5 (official B526) and the Nenamark2 score improved to 26.7 fps. But now facing wifi connectivity issue with this ROM! I haven't backed up Froyo since I didnt want to go through an elaborate...

Guess the B528 is better than the B526 since it resolves the auto focus issue. But the Huawei website only has a B526 (General - Universal) version. There is only the Chinese B528 version (198.36MB) in their website but the General version too which is also the same size 198.36MB. I am in India...
