Yeah that blows but that's how the new games are working now....I got about every Gameloft game working flawlessly on my EVO and thunderboltthink only the 3d game do that tho ...except spiderman...that one I copied over the missing files from the hd game I bought from my tbolt and everything...

Got them working ...well the ones that installed at least... Wipe data on the games after install ,make sure you put the Phone on airplane mode before you open them up ,leave it hanging when it ask to download extra data (press home button) turn WiFi back on return and it'll start the download...

Hell yeah bout time didn't think I'd ever see 4g here after years of living with "edge" and crappy t-mobile off la Sierra & Indiana ...hmm better have Wimax when my EVO3D shows up or its going right back >:0)
