I just got the LS990SVI update on my Boost Mobile G3. Anyone know what's included in this update? My Android version still shows as 5.0.1 and the Android security patch level is still 2016-11-01, the same as it was before applying the update. Could this be the wpa2 fix for KRACK? Android...

Not true. My wife recently dropped her Boost Mobile (MVNO for Sprint) G3 and broke the screen. I bought an identical G3 on eBay for less than the price of a new screen, inserted her old SIM (UICC) card, and successfully activated the new phone. LTE works just fine with the old phone's SIM card...

I know this is an old thread but I just had the same problem with my Lenovo T450 laptop. A few days ago it recognized my G3 LS990 but today it wouldn't. I fixed it by installing the latest USB driver from LG's web site. http://www.lg.com/us/support/software-firmware-drivers

Ive got that same setting on my lg volt and noticed that when it's checked i sometimes have exchange authentication problems with the default lg email app... but only on wifi.

I already tried that. When I select fb mode it just boots into the os.

How do you get to FB mode if you already have a custom ROM and recovery installed? I scroll down to FB, press up arrow, and the phone boots into CM11.
