I've tried with 7.1.2 tv stick but got no response from the car headunit, however got it working with a Xiaomi phone with Android 7.1.2. Don't know how to downgrade or even if it's possible because there are a lot o versions of these sticks and found few tutorials but sticks from images/videos...

"Car mode" is enabled automatically on master phone after successfull connection with car headunit. Don' t worry about car mode on stick. The stick/slave needs only AAgw app to route data received from wifi to usb port.

You can ask Emil for different versions of the app. Also, if you have root, you don't have to check the "NON-root" option within the app settings. After fresh install of AAgw on slave, a system message pop-up to move the app to system in order to allow usb permissions. Here you have to choose...

It's a bug. Install > open app and tick your settings > chose "NO" when prompted to move to system > grant permissions > exit app and grant root > restart phone > open app again > move to system when prompted > restart twice

Also, for Alderon666 It works on Kia Proceed 2019 with 7" headunit (without navigation). My config: master = LG G8s - Android 9, without root; slave = Xiaomi Redmi 4X, Android 7.1.2 MIUI 11 rooted, and AAwifigateway 2.0.6 without tethering, installed as system app. Steps: Enable Bluetooth...

I would have told you if i knew. Did you read back few pages ? Nobody knows how to access android settings on Mobis infotainment at this moment ... only engineering mode. The same thing i'm looking for, to activate wifi and use Android Auto wireless and get rid of the usb cable.

This is how it works on my car: go to settings > system info and do the 5+1 clicks according to this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdOxEf87FF4 You need to press at the verry bottom of the vertical line 5 times and 1 time on the right bottom corner. It's important to press BOTTOM, even...

Post ZE552KL WW_14.2020.1703 update disable theme, need earlier SystemUI

I also tried to install compatible themes (according to developers description from Playstore) with Asus launcher but no luck. I don't have root. Is there another method without root access ? I like Asus launcher but i hate his icons/notifications :)

Check under Settings > Location > Menu (3 vertical dots on right upper corner) > Scanning and turn off "wifi and bluetooth scanning". These are automatically activated by third party apps (e.g. Google Maps > location accuracy tips) when request location services. This is also a cause for big...

Carat shows me as Hogs, apps i didn't use these days (Maps, Officesuite, ICEsound service ...). I think it makes some predictions based on his user database. I appreciate your time and effort to make all these tests. Good luck !
