Well editing the file in version 4.15 seems to have done the trick. Its strange that the variable doesn't show up in 3.6.x but it still seems to influence the phone.

I've tried with 3.6.5 and 3.6.7 and it hasn't worked at all. I'm going to try it tonight with 4.15. The only rom that I'm gotten it to work semi-properly with is Bulletproof 1.4.

And I tried it with 3.6.7 last night and it didn't work at all. Bulletproof 1.4 works but he connection is spotty. I would really like to figure out how to turn it on manually.

I'm trying flashing and editing the file in 4.15. The variable do show up in that version. I was wondering if because version 4.15 is supposedly a more up to date version of the software it won't overwrite the 3.6.5 version. Just a wild guess, but I'll update tomorrow.

Same problem here - using arhd 4.14

Exact same thing happened to me, however my phone remained completely dead. I had to get a new one from tmobile. I was charging and had just finished using gps when it happened.

Here's an update - I "thought" I had flashed the new radio, but I only downloaded it. Once I flashed it properly things are going great!
