I have this problem too but it seems more random than just when the screen wakes up and has occurred while I've been in the middle of doing something on my phone. It's simple to solve by turning the screen off and back on again but it's very annoying when it happens.

It may just be my imagination but I think the latest update has improved the camera focusing, it seems to be faster now.

I've not noticed any significant changes with the new update. I was hoping it would sort out the problem with the screen intermittently becoming unresponsive but alas, no joy.

It flashed easily and works without any problems. I flashed the same file in mushroom's link.

I'm using megthebest's TWRP with no problems at all whatsoever. I flashed it using Flashify and it works perfectly.

The focus on mine is fine but the quality of the front facing camera isn't very good and the photos it's produces are a bit grainy.

I don't have that problem at all. My GPS locks on very quickly and is very accurate. I am very impressed with how good it is and I'm also on the updated firmware. Maybe it's a problem with your individual phone.
