The performance is about the same (Snapdragon 845 caps at about 60fps, most game won't support FPS above it, so no real differences). IR camera's API is part of Xiaomi's closed source framework, so IR camera cannot be ported to any custom roms yet.

Beta 9 OTA update installed smoothly. It seems like the only problem is with local package updates.
