How long does the first boot take on this ROM? I'm S-ON, just unlocked my bootloader, installed TWRP, flashed ROM, and the first Kernal. Been sitting on boot screen for about 5 min or so. Is there anything I'm missing. Been out of the rooting scene for almost a year. Any help is appreciated.

We'll I extracted the zip and pulled out the zip for boot loader. I loaded that and flashed it in BL. Seemed to work ok but my oho e is still hitting well above 100 deg just from having the screen on for a few minutes. Any advice? Sent with a Rezounding HELL YEA!

Can some one help me out. I have tried flashing both of the kernels in post 2 several times. The phone never boots into boot loader on its own. I do it manually, it scans the SD card bit never finds anything. My phone is getting HOT! What's going on? Sent with a Rezounding HELL YEA!

I don't have any problems with how the volumes are separated. I always have my alarms set to Max. My problem is that Alarm Droid literally changes my notification/ringer volumes on its own. I used volme locker for a while, and whenever I stopped my alarm, I would get a pop up notification that...

I agree. I also don't like the GPS volume being linked to the media volume. The voice has gotten better since ICS, but I still don't want to hear it while my music is playing. Sent with a Rezounding HELL YEA!
