Using the stable version of XenonHD right now, switched from CN 3.8. Works like a charm, absolutely no laggy so far. CN became always laggy after some time for me. I would really like to know why there are so different experiences with the same hardware/software combinations.

I wouldn't get my hope up regarding the HDR feature. HDR means that several images with different exposures are rendered into one single image. Normally you need a tripod for this, otherwise the images won't fit each other. HDR can be great, if used right - but need a lot of manual image...

Compare the Operating Systems. Nowadays I think it's not mainly a hardware question, but price and software. Look at both of them and decide which work flow / features cater more to your need. Personally, I would go for the Galaxy Nexus with Android. My workflow with android is much more fluid...

I made a clean flash with the CNA-Formular84-gapps-jb-20120817-JRO03C.zip GAPPs Version and Gallery Sync is working fine. What is not working fine anymore is that I can't share pics from the online gallery (picasa). The target app opens, but the picture doesn't show up and nothing happens...

I had this problem as well with the most updated Google+ and current Android Version 4.0.4. Previously I had Google+ restored with Titanium Backup and it was registered as a system app. The solution was to forcefully remove the Google+ app via Titanium Backup and install it fresh from the market.

Please, add a file manage for installing Titanium Backup :o

Thanks a lot for your efforts! In my opinion, about on Update per week is enough. Makes the Update more meaningful and I don't want to backup/flash/new settings etc everyday :p

Yes, that's the model number used by the biggest provider in Japan (Docomo). Yes, that's not the problem, as I'm in Japan and will still living here for a few months. I don't want to think about the possible sending cost!

Yup, it seems to be the encryption in google chrome. I couldn't sync my bookmarks with my Nexus S (ICS), so I deleted the sync and started it again, without encryption of the bookmarks, only passwords. Now bookmarks sync again. Not the best solution, though...
