Screen resolution may cause problems with the camera. Go to settings> display> screen size and shrink the screen size from there. If that doesn't work, go to system> developer options> minimum size and give a value between 300 - 550 dp and try the camera. Test different sizes. Before trying...

I found the problem. System> Developer options> Minimum width setting is 514. I use this value at 700. This will cause an error in the Camcorder. Camcorder is working. Ty for stable rom.
