    hmm my old moto x 2014 was able to be unlocked with ease. attempting to unlock my brand new [build date of jan 21 2016] moto x 2014 and the moto site where I retrieve the unlock code is telling me it isn't eligible for unlock. both handsets on VZW btw.

    Like Title says, when I lock my moto x or the display automatically shuts off after 30 seconds, the phone will not awake, lock screen will not appear.

    I would look into the kernal issue but I have no idea what I'm doing. You could very well be right. I'm using the stock vk810 kernal I wonder if the 510 builds are compatible, and if they are if anyone has messed with the frame buffering.
