    The only other ways i can think of are: SDcard Download Mode which is this case is fastboot, you could flash a new recovery\rom with that AFAIK and did.

    Update: In case anyone else finds this one. I ended up solving the issue by disabling the following service which is a test service ? :/ BTtestmode https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WEqMVomePHg After that the problem was gone and BT worked as it was intended

    Actually yes, i have it set under private DNS but now i noticed it says couldn't connect. Update: After googling it looks like a known issue https://piunikaweb.com/2019/01/26/fix-incoming-soft-reboots-with-adguard-dns-on-android-pies-private-dns/ Which was fixed so i guess it will be in 9.0.5...
