    I have not experienced this. My Hearthstone on NOOK HD CM11 runs even if I turn GLTOOLS settings off.

    GLTOOLS found @ http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2604723 fixed my graphical glitches on the nook hd CM11. May help you as well. The settings I used are found in my edited opening thread post.
