Very easy, put oreo zip file in the root folder, backup all data, flash stock recovery, boot with stock recovery, wipe cache, upgrade internal..., Select oreo zip file and flash it, then back and select wipe, select erase every thing and reboot. Done.

I flashed this rom, but my device very hot and slow, i came back to global beta, i will wait for new upgrade for this rom.

Very hard...haha, you open hiapp, install gms, open it, auto reoot, after you open hiapp again and install google play store, open it, done.

Very simple, if your device rooted, you can use root manager open folder system, choose build.prop, open it with text edit, search key "qemu.hw.mainkeys" and change 0 = 1, save it and then reboot.
