V8 first and then V9 First flash V8 and then only flash V9. This way it should be alright. Check the first post for steps to follow.

Kernel comes with ROM As far as I know kernel comes with ROM. Its boeffla kernel. I hope this helps.

First option I have done first option few times without any issues.

Since this phone has limited physical infrastructure so expecting more unbearable functions would be unfair to this phone. I would like to see a ROM with smooth function meaning cutting down extras at the same time giving option to users who wants extras while flashing the ROM.

This ROM is brilliant you just need to flash it properly implying with right steps.
