You have zs570kl 2.15 ghz version. (Cpu 8996). With locked bootloader you can only use same or newer rom to flash. Downgrading will fail. There is a new downgrade thread with qfil tools and raw firmware. This should work even when locked (didn't try myself).

Yes it doesn't matter in which firmware you start or end as long as the bootloader is unlocked. The way is the same. Please triple check you downloaded the files suitable for your phone (2.4ghz vs 2.15ghz) so you don't accidentally brick it.

Looks like Spyware/crapware for me. I would not recommend to install it. You can always return to stock rom. Even downgrade is possible with unlocked bootloader. If anybody is interested i can do a tutorial on downgrading our device. Unfortunately relocking the bootloader is not possible...
