    Update! I have updated the Baseband from 1.29.651.7 to 3.04.651.2 finally I was skeptical about loosing the sim unlock with the new baseband but it stuck and the connections is a lot more stable now finally!!! Keep in mind that i could only get the sim unlock to work on the 1.29.651.7 baseband...

    Yes I do live in the U.S. and that seems to be the problem with the random disconnects, somehow someway the phone knows its in the U.S and bumps it off the network. As far as updating to 4.3 I would go ahead and do since your over seas. Just do a nandroid backup prior to.

    Thanks man got it working finally with the baseband ending in 1.00.20.0315 But now I am having issues with it loosing the service constantly like every 20 minutes i have to keep searching for the network and selecting it then I need to also do the apn with airplane mode enabled on order for it...
