Ok I installed and the rom worked! I got to boot on the phone and got wifi and all... but when I installed the update which upgrades the phone to 4.4.3... it boots and just stays on the white background HTC logo.... and it does nothing... do you know what else am I missing? Ok after letting it...

Have you checked if under Security you have checked the option of "Prevent Reactivation Lock". I had that same problem and solved id by un-checking that option. Cheers!
