I think I solved my own problem. After rooting the phone, I renamed the KnoxAgent.apk and KnoxAgent.odex files. When I changed them back and rebooted the phone, the update completed successfully. Android version 4.3 Baseband i537UCUBML2

I had the same problem, as well. Went through download, then restarted. Seemed to restart overly quickly, then saw that I was still on 4.2.2. Is there a log file somewhere that I can look at?
